1. What is the Ask Food Industries Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy?
At Ask Food Industries, we only offer refunds, returns, and exchanges:
1. In Large Cities (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore ).
2. Only on packed Items
3. Have applied for a refund, return, or exchange on the same day of the order.

2 . How can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by:
1. Big Cities (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore)
If a customer from any of the above-mentioned cities wishes to cancel their order, they can do so before midnight (12:00 a.m.) on the day the order was placed.
2. Small Cities ( All other cities than the above)
If a customer from any of the other cities mentioned above wishes to cancel their order, they can do so within 1 day after placing the order for products or equipment.

3. My Package was not delivered
Generally, we try to deliver all packages in big cities within a day, while it may take 2 to 3 days in smaller cities. However, if you have not received your package for any reason, please contact us via WhatsApp at (+92-331706326) within 3 working days. We will make every effort to compensate for any inconvenience caused.

4. My Package was stolen
If the delivery boy notifies you through WhatsApp about the shipping of your order, but unfortunately, on a bad day, your package is stolen, there's no need to worry. Ask Food Industries will take responsibility for all stolen packages before delivery.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
Ask Food Industries always strives to deliver high-quality products to its customers. However, if you receive the wrong package, damaged products, or defective items, Ask Food Industries will take responsibility for these issues. However, for us to address any concerns, you must check your products immediately upon delivery. Please note that Ask Food Industries will not be able to take responsibility for any issues once the order has been marked as safely delivered.
