2. Description of ASK Food Industries' Products
ASK Food Industries strives to provide accurate colors, sizes, dimensions, and product descriptions. However, due to the extensive amount of data, occasional discrepancies in product information may occur. Also, the colors displayed on the website may vary from the actual colors of the products. ASK Food Industries offers the following products to customers on the website.

3. Purchasing Requirements
A. Age Restrictions
It is understood that before, during, or after purchasing the products and equipment the user is aware of the age restriction i.e.
1) For products: above 18 years old, and
2) For equipment: above 21 years old.
B. Geographic Limitations Big Cities:
Only in big cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, Try and buy service is offered. Small Cities: Except for the cities mentioned above, no such trial-based service is provided all over Pakistan.
4. Customer Responsibilities
A. Resale Restrictions and Obligations for Verifications
The before-mentioned products and equipment of ASK Food Industries are not meant for any commercial resale. If the products purchased from the supplier are repackaged, relabeled, or used as starting material or components of other products, the Buyer will verify the supplier's inspection of the products.
B. Buyer's Assurance Regarding Adulteration and Misbranding Compliance
The buyer also assures the supplier that any material created using products from the supplier will not be altered or falsely labeled, as defined by the Pakistani Food and Equipment laws as outlined in the Pure Food Ordinance (1960), The Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) Ordinance (1990), The Drugs Act (1976), Punjab Pure Food Rules (2011), Punjab Food Authority Act (2011), Customs Act (1969), Sales Tax Act (1990).
C. Buyer's Adherence to Instructions for Products and Equipment Usage
The buyer acknowledges and agrees to follow all instructions provided by the supplier regarding the correct usage of the products. It's explicitly understood that any misuse or deviation from these instructions is strictly forbidden. This commitment ensures that the products are used appropriately and by applicable regulations. By adhering to these guidelines, the buyer promotes the responsible and legal use of the provided products.
D. Restrictions on Resale and Verification Obligations
The buyer acknowledges that the products purchased are not meant for resale. If the buyer chooses to repackage, relabel, or use the products as starting material or components for other products, they agree to verify the supplier's assay of the products.
E. Acknowledgment of Product and Equipment Handling and Safety
By purchasing these products and equipment, the customer acknowledges the potential risks involved in handling and using them. The customer assures us that they have independently reviewed and studied:
(I) The health and safety risks associated with the products and equipment handling.
(II) The importance of providing sufficient warnings regarding these risks.
(III) Applicable government regulations concerning the use and exposure to such products. We retain the right to restrict sales or refuse to sell products to customers who do not meet the necessary qualifications.
5. Liability and Indemnification
A. Limitation of Liability
ASK Food Industries and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of whether the purchaser's claim arises from contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
B. Indemnification
In exchange for the sale of the product to the purchaser, a sale that would not otherwise occur, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and release ASK Food Industries from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities arising from the purchaser's handling and/or use of any product sold here, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance, regardless of its origin.
6. Intellectual Property
ASK Food Industries retains all rights to the intellectual property associated with its brand, products, and services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and proprietary information under various laws in Pakistan, including the Trademarks Ordinance (2001), the Copyright Ordinance (1962), and the Patents Ordinance (2000). The rights to intellectual property are explained under the following clauses
A. Trademarks
Any trademarks, logos, or brand names displayed on ASK Food Industries' website are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without prior written consent by the Trademarks Ordinance, 2001.
B. Copyrights
All content, including text, images, and graphics, displayed on ASK Food Industries' website is protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission as per the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 of Pakistan.
C. Use of Company Materials
Customers may only use materials provided by ASK Food Industries, such as product images or descriptions, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of company materials is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, and the Trademarks Ordinance, 2001.
7. Termination of Services
ASK Food Industries retains the authority to decline any orders placed with us at our discretion. Additionally, we hold the right to establish purchase limits on items and/or decline orders based on shipping address details. Certain orders, such as those made under the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing and/or delivery address, may be subject to these restrictions. We may utilize the email and/or billing address/phone number provided during order placement to communicate with you if any alterations to your transaction are necessary or if cancellation is required. The company reserves the right to refuse or annul any orders that appear to have been placed by a dealer, reseller, or distributor.
8. Update of the Terms and Conditions
ASK Food Industries reserves the right to modify the general (All) terms of use at any time. In the event of such changes, the latest known requirements take precedence over previous versions. The updated Terms and Conditions of Usage will be effective immediately upon their online publication, without requiring further formalities and regardless of whether customers choose to terminate their membership on the website. ASK Food Industries retains full ownership of all website materials, including the domain name, design, content, logos, and databases.
